Peach Liqueur

Ingredients

.5 oz Berentzen Peach Liqueur
2.5 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 Mint Sprigs

Method

Gently bruise one sprig of mint in the bottom of a highball glass with simple syrup. Add half of the bourbon and fill with crushed ice. Swirl with a barspoon until the outside of glass frosts. Add more crushed ice, the remaining bourbon and Berentzen Peach. Stir again to frost glass. Garnish with two sprigs of mint.
